Q: Why can't opening pdf's from mail and other apps.

A: If you have installed many apps which can open PDF file, then if you are new to use PDF Converter, the iPad mail may not show up PDF Converter on the "Open in.." menus, because your iPad reach the max number of app to open PDF file.
